I have a Doctorate in Philosophy and a Master of Social Work. Currently, I am a contract academic staff at Wilfrid Laurier University in the Department of Philosophy. I teach courses primarily in feminist philosophy and ethics. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Allan Gray Centre for Leadership Ethics at Rhodes University in South Africa. My research aims to bridge the gap between the theoretical and the practical aspects of feminine embodiment. I am a co-editor of the forthcoming text Rethinking Feminist Phenomenology: From the Theoretical to the Practical which will be published with Rowman & Littlefield International.

Apart from my academic work, I enjoy swimming, vegetarian cooking, and birdwatching.
